I just wanted to comment on what a beautiful and high quality ring you sold us! It is very heavy and the engraving inside is very nice! My Husband and I presented it to our 18 year old son today for his graduation.....it is his prom night and we thought it would be a perfect night to give it to him. Just letting you know that I recieved my ring after the post office lost it for about 3 days. They had me pretty scared. I went in to pick it up and they couldn't find it. They looked for 2 days and finally found it. It had fallen behind a larger package. I want you to know that it is absolutely stunning. It is better then I could have ever expected. My fiance loves it as well. I'm very happy with it and am glad I bought from you. I couldn't be happier. Just wanted to let you know of my satisfaction. Thank you so much for your honesty and responsiveness. I've received a post office notice yesterday that I have a package from DJ Sales, which I think is your package. anyway, I just want to let you know that I was hesitant in giving my credit card info and preferred to go through PayPal because of a very bad experience I had with one supplier of E-Bay.

On June 3rd, I paid through PayPal the amount of $642.00 for a piece of jewelry. I filed a complaint to PayPal after 29th days of not having received the shipment but with promises and e-mail that it was shipped. Although the transaction was paid back by PayPal for $485.00, I lost the remaining balance because PayPal could only pay not more than $500.00. In addition, I also lost a lot of money in another transaction.

I just have to remind myself that there are still honest people like yourselves left in the world.

I received the ring on 8/30 - (typical, since I live in such a small town. Mail seems to be on the slow boat here...) The ring is WONDERFUL! I love it. I love the weight of it, the look, the feel, the shine, the simplicity. I didn't think I would ever own a platinum ring--since platinum is soo expensive here. Although I'm already married and have a special wedding band, this band was given to me for my 29th birthday so it also has a special meaning for me.
